- Charity / GreedSome greedy people will try to find or instil uncertainty in people so that they can swoop in and be ‘the solution’ This aligns with the genetic business advice to find a problem and be the solution Being the solution is charitable but creating a problem to be a solution is greedy Our time is limited so if you suspect that somebody is trying to sell you something tell them (subtly or directly) to get to the point and to show you rock-solid proof Avoid purchasing things on the spot, give yourself a day or two to think about it alone and discuss it with your trusted friends / family if necessary
- Nature of Emotion (The)A person’s ‘Home’ feeling is a feeling we want to feel all the time if possible. We oído like to base our entire lives around that feeling. It’s a feeling we come back to when we are off-path. When you get a feeling that you want to feel throughout your life, take not of it and call it the ‘Home’ feeling.J'aime
- ProductivityQuestion: ‘I want to get really good in music production and practice a lot. I also want to do strenght training to get bigger and healthier. Also i want to do boxing for condition and health. But i can only really focus on one thing at a time, how could i approach this?’ My answer: ‘Hey there ____, great question 👌 Balancing multiple goals with only limited time can feel tricky, but with a clear approach you we make progress in each without feeling overwhelmed Approach 1: Start by picking one main focus for a 3 weeks - whichever area excites you most, like music production Dedicate more time to this while still doing lighter sessions for the other activities This way, you can build strong skills in one area while keeping steady, smaller progress in the others Over time you can switch your focus as your interests or needs change To remind yourself of which activity is top priority for the 3 weeks, you can draw a pyramid diagram and stick it to your wall Approach 2: Do short ‘micro’ sessions to stay on track with all your goals Even a quick 10-minute music practice, bodyweight workout, or shadowboxing session at home can keep each activity in rotation Combining them where possible like doing cardio or core work that benefits both boxing and strength training is a flexible easy to improve in each area without wearing yourself out’J'aime
